CMS Leadership Academy provides opportunities for a broad base of learners, including but not limited to, young people who are disengaged at school, not in training or further education, the unemployed, those living with a disability and those from disadvantaged communities, to obtain recognised qualifications. Gaining qualifications or certification can lead to securing and staying in employment, enhancing mental well-being through increased self-esteem, and being motivated for a positive future.
